Return and Exchange Policy

 

At Lehadar we strive for customer satisfaction.

 

 

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

 

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return or exchange an item.

 

 

Return Requirements:

 

1. Item must be in original packaging.

2. Item must be unused and in its original condition.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required.

4. Include receipt/proof of purchase.

 

 

Return Process:

 

1. Contact our customer service at info@lehadar.com to obtain an RMA number (valid for 30 days).

2. Repackage the item with the original invoice, specifying the reason for return (defect, if applicable).

3. Clearly write the RMA number on the shipping carton.

 4. Use a recorded delivery service and keep proof of postage.

 

 

Shipping Costs:

 

1. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless Lehadar is at fault.

2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including the $11.95 shipping fee for orders that received free shipping.

 

 

Refund Options:

 

1. Refunds issued to original payment method.

2. Store credit available upon request.

 

 

Damaged Items:

 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5-7 business days to initiate a replacement or resolution.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items:

 

Custom, seasonal, clearance, and discounted items are not

 eligible for return or exchange.

 

 

Restocking Fee:

 

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise.

 

 

Refund Timeline:

 

Refunds processed within 7 days after receiving returned item.
